Horse insights into horse behavior have fascinated me for all my grown years. Having been on horseback more than 50 years, I have horse training “in my veins”. I learned as a young boy from my cowboy father and grandfather how to “break” a horse. How to gather cattle on horseback. How to train horses with rewards and punishment.
As I continued in my adult life, horse training came natural to me, and I realize more and more that training a horse is a technique to be perfected, and I realized that instead of breaking a horse, I could become the senior partner of the horse man partnership. A whole new world opened up for me, a world where my horse insight came into the twenty first century, so to speak. As I continued to gain horse insight, I realized I needed a central place to go to where all my horse information would be stored in one spot.
